Since 1989, Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle(West Bengal) is putting in its humble effort as :

1. A Non-Political,

2. Academic,

3. Cultural and

4. Socio-Religious Organization

for the inculcation of moral and ethical values amongst the youth.

Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle West Bengal also called the Eastern Region was founded by Prof. Maninder Singh under whom Sardaar Harbajan Singh was elected as the President. 

Currently, the organization is managed by the Chairman, Sardaar Jagdish Singh,  the President, Bibi Harsharan Kaur, and the Secretary, Sardaar Gurvinder Singh.

Under their guidance Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle West Bengal is performing excellently in every field, whether it be cultural or academic. We have already organized many programs and events. The most successful ones are the Gurmat Summer Camp, held every year in all the sectors of West Bengal, India, which are rejoiced by all the youths and kids. The Gurmat Summer Camp is organized to teach about the basics of Sikhi and our rituals and our culture.
